Email us
uways@me.comSo we can find the problem quickly, please include:
- Your iPhone model, for example iPhone 15.
- Its iOS version: open the Settings app, then General, then About.
- What happened, what you expected, and the steps that led to it. A screenshot helps.
What Tamam needs
An iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later. Tamam is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. You sign in with your Apple Account; there is no password to make.
Delete your account
In Tamam, tap your photo at the top right, then Settings, then Delete my account and data, and confirm. This deletes your account and everything in it from our server straight away, cancels the Sign in with Apple link to Tamam, and clears the app's data on that iPhone. It cannot be undone. Then delete the app.
Questions
What does it cost?
Nothing. There are no ads and no paywall.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. An Apple Watch helps Tamam tick the Body ring from your exercise and sleep, but you don't need one, and everything else works without Apple Health.
How are prayer times worked out?
On your iPhone, for your town and the prayer method you choose. To change either, tap your photo at the top right, then Settings, then Town or Prayer method.
My prayer reminders do not come.
Reminders are set on your iPhone. Check that notifications are allowed for Tamam in the iPhone's Settings app, then in Tamam tap your photo, then Settings, then Reminders.
Can I change my Deen level or habits later?
Yes, whenever you like: tap your photo at the top right, then Settings. Your earlier days keep the habits they had.
Who sees what I record?
Only the friends you accept, and only while you share with them. They see which of the five prayers you ticked today, a Deen ring counted from them, your days on the arc and a daily score. Your Body numbers, Self care, private goals and journal stay private. The privacy policy lists everything.
How do updates reach me?
Most updates arrive by themselves when you open Tamam. Larger ones come as a new version of the app, which your iPhone installs like any other app update.
Privacy
